1. What CVRoute is

CVRoute is an AI-assisted job application document generation tool. You answer a questionnaire and receive generated documents — including a CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile copy, application emails, interview preparation notes, and more — delivered to your email address as PDF files in a ZIP archive.

CVRoute is a document generation service. It is not a recruitment agency, career counselling service, immigration adviser, HR consultant, legal adviser, or employment agency.

2. No guarantees of employment outcomes

CVRoute does not guarantee, promise, or imply that using this service will result in:

  • Interview invitations
  • Job offers or employment
  • Salary increases or salary negotiations
  • Promotions or career advancement
  • Any specific hiring outcome

Generated documents are tools to support your job search. Results depend on many factors outside CVRoute's control, including the job market, employer preferences, and your individual circumstances.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and editing all generated content before submitting it to any employer.
  • Ensuring that all information provided in the questionnaire is accurate and truthful.
  • Not submitting false or misleading information to employers. Misrepresentation in job applications may have serious consequences.
  • Checking that generated content does not contain errors, inaccuracies, or information that does not apply to you.

AI-generated content may contain mistakes, outdated information, or unsuitable phrasing. Always read and verify the documents before use.

4. Acceptable use

You may use CVRoute for personal job application purposes. You may not:

  • Use CVRoute to generate documents for other people on a commercial basis without written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service.
  • Provide false or fabricated employment history, qualifications, or personal information.

5. Purchases and payment

CVRoute offers one-time digital product purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You pay once per package and receive the generated documents for that purchase.

Purchases are processed by Polar. By making a purchase, you also agree to Polar's terms of service.

6. Not professional advice

Nothing in CVRoute's outputs constitutes legal, immigration, HR, tax, or career counselling advice. For advice in these areas, consult a qualified professional.

7. Service availability

CVRoute is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a technical failure that prevents delivery, please contact support for assistance.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version is always available at this URL.
